The app helps me to control and track my blood sugar level. Really helpful to those who are monitoring their blood sugar.

Great little app. Lots of weight loss foods and handy to see my ethnic foods by calorie.

Amazing app. It was recommended by my nurse when my blood sugars were high but not diabetic. Six months later all normal. the app allowed me to follow what I was eating, how that affected my blood sugar levels and how food affected my mood. i plugged it in when I walk the dogs and it plays the chart music. The free workouts were too tough for me to follow but I am a stone lighter.
